Each fall, KAAN hosts a statewide conference focused on collegiate academic advisors and the topics important to them. This engaging event provides an opportunity for members to convene in one location to collaborate, learn, and share information with others in the profession of academic advising. It’s also super fun!
Important dates:
- June 14: call for proposals closes.
- July 17: online registration opens.
- August 30: last day to register for this year’s conference.
Pre-conference Event September 5 at Blind Tiger
KAAN invites all attendees to a pre-conference event on Thursday, September 5!
Complimentary light hors d’oeuvres will be served, but feel free to order dinner, too (at your own cost). Meet up at 6:00 p.m. in the lobby of Capitol Plaza Hotel and join a caravan of vehicles to Blind Tiger at 417 SW 37th St., Topeka, Kansas, 66611.
KAAN 2019 Conference Program
A hot breakfast and lunch will be provided with every KAAN 2019 registration. Please indicate any food allergies or dietary issues/preferences during online registration. Registration & Payments
Each individual attending the conference should complete the online registration. An option is available for submitting payment by credit card or sending payment later by mail.
If the attendee’s office or department is submitting payment on their behalf, the attendee should provide their email confirmation to their office. Registration is not complete until the attendee receives confirmation that payment has been received.
